Developed SQL database queries to assist Project Managers express data health to customers of Qualtrics Inc. and Vizient Inc. Investigated missing discharge dates within clients data, ensuring customer’s data met CMS guidelines and were notified when not. Used Google Sheets to create data visualizations of customer’s data submission results, trending each hospitals relevant data points over time. Alleviated engineering hours by taking over and automating repetitive manual reports. Completed various different daily, weekly, and monthly QA checks ensuring customer product health was OK. Overhauled the pre-data submission QA process which greatly reduced manual file prep work in completing deadline critical QA checks.
